High Precision Fabrication Welding Capability

Our precision fabrication capabilities include punching, shearing, sawing, bending, flame, plasma and water jet cutting. We also roll, notch, finish, assemble, and precision straighten. Our shop is hard wired and piped throughout to enable us to safely and easily locate air tools and equipment throughout the building.

Our facility is designed to accommodate large structures up to 100ft in length.

Equipment List

Our equipment list is extensive and goes beyond the usual array of welding equipment, sanders, drills, mills, and saws. We have invested in equipment that makes our shop unique:

  • Hydraulic 220 ton Numerically Controlled Press Brake with 12ft x 6.125in Capacity with over 50 top and bottom dies.
  • Hydraulic Numerically Controlled Guillotine with 10′ x 1/2in thickness shearing capability.
  • 6 Blanchard–ground cast iron welding tables that are laser aligned and slotted for precision fabrication of large structures.

Choose materials and calculate stresses.

Design for function, production cost, and longevity. We use Solidworks Solid Modelling CAD system to design from the ground up or work with existing prints and designs.  We also design and build fixtures and tooling to fit your needs.

Machine all types of prototype parts, production runs and complete assemblies.

Handle turnkey projects from start to finish, including specialized painting and coating, large part machining, heat treating and screen printing.
